Shipping and Delivery
We offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over 500 Euros.
Please refer to the table below for countries that we ship to, related shipping costs, as well as expected delivery times. We do not ship to General Delivery, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, except during bank holidays.
An order is usually packed and shipped within 2 working days. Please note that once an order is placed, it is not amendable. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email that includes your tracking information, once your order has been dispatched. Please note that expected delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or custom clearance procedures, and/or other factors not within our control.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make up to two delivery attempts. After the final failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us. In this case, return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
If your delivery arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse the delivery or specify upon signing for the goods that you are accepting a damaged package. Following the receipt of a damaged package, we ask that you notify us immediately in writing at email@example.com.
Your delivery is insured during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the insurance of your delivery ceases and the responsibility for the shipment passes on to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Mara Rhomberg.
Customs duties and taxes
Deliveries within the EU are delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included in the final price. These additional charges are imposed and determined by your country’s tax/customs authorities and shall be borne directly by the customer upon delivery of your purchases in the destination country.
