Returns and Exchanges
At Mara Rhomberg, we make it our mission doing our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return of full-price items are accepted within 14 days working days, beginning with the day you have received your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us within the prescribed time frame at customerservice@mararhomberg.com, providing us with a written notice of cancellation to begin the return process. When requesting a return, we kindly ask that you note your order number. Once we have received your request to return your item(s), we will send you a return form, as well as instructions on how to return your package to us. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
To ensure your item(s) are eligible for return:
- Ensure all exchange/return item(s) are in their original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed or otherwise in an unaltered condition, with all original tags attached.
- Pack all items in the manner they were received including all packaging materials, garment bags, hangers etc.
- Use the smallest possible shipping box, making sure to only use one box for all items intended for exchange or return.
- Print and attach your return label to the outside of your parcel and cover any prior shipping labels and/or addresses.
- Securely seal your package.
- Locate the next drop off point closest to you for your parcel.- For orders within the EU, please include in your return delivery the invoice that you received with your order within the package. For orders outside the EU, please include in your return delivery the invoice you received with your order within the package and affix the pro-forma invoice you receive from us via email on the outside of the package and make sure that all details are clearly visible. We reserve the right to refuse all return deliveries sent without the pro-forma invoice.
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not offer complimentary returns.
Return costs shall be borne by the customer and any applicable taxes and duties incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund. The responsibility and liability of return deliveries lie with the customer. Mara Rhomberg can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage incurred during transit of your return parcel. We recommend that you choose a secure and traceable method of shipping for your return delivery.
Once your return has been received, your order will be checked to make sure that your return adheres to the terms and conditions set forth within our return policy. This process is usually completed within 2-3 business days. As soon as your return has been processed and accepted, you will be notified via email and your refund will be reimbursed. It may take up to 14 business days until the amount is on your account, depending on your payment processor. Your refund will be issued in the form of payment originally used for your purchase.
Please note that for orders outside the EU, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are non-refundable and only collected on behalf of the customs authorities and are not charged by Mara Rhomberg.
Mara Rhomberg reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the criteria set forth and herein. In the case that the return of your item(s) shall be refused, you will be notified by email and your order will be returned at your further expense.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchange for a different size of the same product or if any of the items in your order was received as faulty or damaged.
To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customerservice@mararhomberg.com. If the product is available, we will hold the replacement item for you until your return has been processed. Once your return has been checked and approved, we will proceed with your exchange, shipping your replacement item to the address of your original order. Exchange of an item is one time only. In the event that the replacement item is dissatisfactory, you will need to return it to us following the instructions in our return policy.
If you are interested in exchanging your product for a different color or an entirely different style please follow our return policy to return the unwanted product(s) to us and directly place a new order.
